Poultry

After completing OSU small farm school training class in 2022, we include poultry meat production in our offerings. We grow our production meat hens on grass in mobile coops resulting in happier appearing, active, and healthy meat birds. We think this results in improved animal welfare and better tasting product. 

National trouble is egg production is making eggs a hot topic.
